Paycom Offers

This might belong elsewhere but I know I'll get answers quicker if I post here.

I heard someone mention that you can do paycom offers more than once if its been more than a month. Is this true?

That's what I thought, but I private messaged someone, and I got this
"Positive. I have done it before, and if you were to have done it before 30 days, it will tell you. "You must wait 30 days before signing up for this again." It works for me."

Their system may let you, but it is fraud and not allowed.
