I like MSN Messenger. I like it better than AIM and the new version "looks" quite good.
No invites though, they're pretty hard to come by.

No you have to be invited. THe e-mail takes you to a certain link where you have to log in and then download, it then tracks whether that e-mail and password have been invited or not.
I tried just downloading the .exeurl==http://=http:///url a while ago but it said I hadn't been invited when I tried to log in.

They don't have to be sent to the e-mail that is used to sign into Hotmail. I had mine sent to my Gmail account and it was activated fine when I logged in with my Hotmail account. Also if you have your Gmail account as your MSN Messenger name, that works too.
