- Can I use DHL boxes to ship items using UPS or USPS service?
- Does USPS give a discounted rate on shipping books?
Thanks.

You would have to cover all logos, etc..

It's hard to black out the logos, so could I just wrap the box with paper?

Just use tape. FYI, USPS provides free boxes for priority shipping.

If you have any, cut up a brown paper bag from the grocery store and tape that round the box, with the inside of the bag facing outwards.
Then just cut along the openings and tape them shut.

Fedex and UPS don't allow you to wrap a box in anything, as they claim it gets caught in the machine and messes everything up. I'm pretty sure the post office allows it still though.

It's illegal to use USPS priority mail supplies to ship with any carrier other than USPS.
That said, you obtaining a box from DHL or FedEx is none of the government's business and you can ship stuff in one via USPS if you want. I've done it before.
