Hey I just got my video ipod from trainn. I converted my movie (blink-182 -The urethra chonicles) to MPEG-4 via VideoraiPodConverter and Decrypter. Everything worked perfect but now for some reason I can't import it into itunes i tried adding it as a file a folder and just importing it but it dosen't do anything I don't even get an error. This is the first Ipod I've ever owned and I'm not that formilier with itunes but I think i'm doing everything right. Can someone please help me out with this i'm useing itunes version 6 if that makes a diffrence thanks.

I usually drag and drop the files into the Library section. And from there, I'll drag and drop it into the iPod. If you have your iPod set to manual update, you can drag and drop the file into the iPod. If it doesn't work, restart, disconnect iPod and then connect it again.

just right click on the file, select open with and select itunes. you might just not be seeing it in the library.

Maybe it's not done in the right format. Are you sure the encoding option was compatible with the ipod? Some H264 formats don't transfer. Try a different encode.

There shouldn't be any complicated things you need to transfer, just drag and drop.

it could be an encoding problem this happens to me often

Just use H264/320x240/QB30 Stereo/128kbps as your profile in ipod video converter and try again.

Try a different video to see what happens. If QT doesn't read it your file is fucked up one way or another.

Hmm uninstalling and then reinstalling Itunes has seemed to fix the importing problem. Everythings working perfect now thanks everyone.
