Where has harry been

When I joined this forum I noticed that a gratis rep named harry frequently helped resolve account issues.

I have been checking back frequently to see if he has visited this site and I have not seen any posts by him in around two weeks.

I just want to ask if I can expect that he will come back to this forum?

I hear that he got fired... but I dunno, it could be a rumor.

well he helped me through pm's and not through posting on my post.. so maybe he's keeping a low profile.

I don't have an ipod, but I think it only takes like an hour or two to fill them.

yeah you are right, harry never came back. I guess I will have to depend on customer service to clear up my issues. I've been waiting on their responses for weeks. They have responded but each time I reply it takes two weeks for them to get back to me.

since no one else has mentioned this, i think someone a week or so back had mentioned they got an email from gratis concerning harry and how he would be pretty busy for a while and wouldnt be doing much posting.

I really wish harry would come back... he has been reasonable in the past, I'm not having much luck with customer service. I've gotten two replies from them, the first seemed like everything was going to be all right. After I did what they said they still shut me down. Please Harry come back and help us out. I have heard that harry is no longer working at gratis as well as him just being busy. Does anyone know the real deal?

It seems that I found these forums just a day or so after his last post. I wish I had found this place sooner.
