So i got a notice today how a company charged me $155.16 on one of my old bank cards on 12/22/05 that was still open. Thje account had like $1 left in it.
Well they denied it and the bank charged me $30 handling. Well i faxed them the dispute paper i wrote up but this is riduculous because i havent used that bank account since Sept 8th and there has been no activity.
All that was said on the charge was preapproved withdrawel. That is bs. What company charges 3 months down the road. I used this card for like 2 offers and they were 100% canccelled!!!

Yea seriously. Watch out guys cause you might think your in the clear but 4 months later get hit for something. Im sure the bank will take care of it and thank god this wasnt my real account. If the bank doesnt take care of it they are not getting thier money so FUCK THEM

yes because this account has no funds in it but i got charged a bank handling fee of 30
