Ruin hotbox, get ass kicked

I wanna know what people think about this. Because I've had some people tell me thats messed up, but no I say fuck that. Just curious how many people are on my side.

I was at my friends house, I'm always over there. So it was my friend, his mom, and his moms boyfriend. (mom and dad are hella cool, smoke weed etc.) So Anthony (dad) and my friend get drunk, and we decide to go out to their Jeep and hotbox it. So we do that and chill for like 30 minutes. Then my friend is all did you see that? I saw someone walk by. I lean to the back window and wipe it to see. And there was some guy starring in at us. Some random guy we've never seen before. We all hop out of the Jeep, and Anthony is all what the fuck are you doing in my drive-way. The guy was like what do you think I'm doing. And my friend says I think your trying to rob us bitch. (the guy was definately tweaking or drunk). Anthony takes a step to the guy and the guy backs up, then my friend steps at him and the guy swings. My friend pushes the guys hand away and socks the dude. Then the guy takes off running, me, Anthony, and my friend chase him like half way down the street, and catch up to him. We all beat the shit out of him.

you sound like an asshole for beating up some poor kid who probably had no fucking idea what he was doing. it seems like you escalating the situation had a lot more to do with your hotbox being "ruined" than what the tripping kid did.

It wasn't a kid. It was a full grown man, at least 30 years old. And when my friend told him to leave he tried to hit him, my friend is 16. But yeah I guess a lot of people don't look at it like I did.

Ey what ever. He's older the you and was staring at you guys which is kinda weird. As long as your guys didn't like take it farther then it had to be (kicking him in the face when he was done and going behind just beating someone up) I saw it's not too bad.

Surely the fact that the guy ran away meant that he knew he did something wrong, something he shouldn't have done or realised tha he shouldn't have swung at either of you or been on the property in 1st place.

I'm sure it made you all feel like "REAL" men that you kicked the shit out of some middle aged guy, who was probably off his tits on drugs or alcohol.

I can't really say too much about this. I don't know if I would have chased him down but...I probably would have handled it differently all together.

In our apt last year during finals, I was outside smokin a cig at about 2 am. When someone appears in front of me, like in my face with his cigarette trying to light it off mine. Guy is probably around 26, looks like he is really drunk at first, then I later decide he is on some sort of drug. I also thought he might be a former college student who was now homeless.

He talks to us for a while(bugs us really) keeps talking about how he used to live in my friends apt, then he just wanders in it. At 2 am on a monday morning. He had stopped by the previous saturday to tell us this too.

It seemed funnier then, some drunk guy; "I used to live here" nostalgia, whatever.

It wasn't as funny when im trying to go to bed before a final though. He also persistently knocked and entered peoples apartments. Kept bugging some girls that were neighbors of ours. At which point we came outside and started to ask him to leave. He playfully said, well go to bed and ill leave. We're like dude we are not little kids, now you are trespassing so just leave. Kept saying that though. He only said about 3 things all night, but said them over and over( he probably informed us he used to live "2 doors down" about 40 times that night.)

He walks in some girls apartment again, and when we heard them scream me and my friend step out take off our shirts and are like, get the hell outta here. We didn't wanna have to hurt him, and he was clearly to inebriated to fight anyone, much less two 6' 3'' guys.

Anyhow now he comes back and starts playing the im not leaving game again, so Im like fuck it im calling the cops

I called them in front of him, I told the operator

"yeah he's trespassing, he isn't violent or a threat, just won't stop harassing tenants, and we have finals. Even as i'm talking to you; the cops, he shows no intention of leaving. I even showed him my phone to let him know it was 911."

I mean i'm literally calling the cops and he is sticking around to either go to jail, or get a ticket, who the fuck does this?

When the car finally drives up he takes off running and the cops chase him down

I'm not sure what he was on, but it wasn't recreational
