Nope. I can't stand a game that's meant for people who play for days on end... I mean, you have to hike for 20 minutes to get any place worth going, unless you've been everywhere and can use the hippogryphs. Early levels suck. A lot. Oh, and don't forget having to pay each and every month unless you buy game cards every few months. A total waste of money, in my opinion. There were 40-year-old guys with 2 kids and a wife in my guild when I played... now there's a sad thought.

wow, that is really sad, hopefully i'll never get there. i'm just a dumb college kid who likes pretending i'm an elf or an undead. haha...
but this is coming from someone who played FF7 for 11 hours straight once...

Hehe all my clanmembers for BF1942DC are in there 30's & 40's with kids, some in college. I agree it would be weird seeing my 48yo dad playing pc games obsessively shock

My friends dad got addicted to farcry... it was weird watching him play. Anyways, I have thought about this game but never tried it for fear of getting hooked. o and im a cheapass and dont want to spen 15 A MONTH!! wtf is with that anyways?

I made about 2 grand in about 6 months from selling diablo 2 lod stuff on ebay
1 item was almost $1k
3 items for about $200 each
The rest of my accounts for about $500
plus in between I sold things for around $20-$50 so the total coulda been a lot more
gave me an excuse to play when my parents yelled at me

the biggest thing ever sold for $2k, it was the rarest thing in the game at that time (zod rune)
later on, the item i sold for that much was the best weapon in the game by far, it had random stats and mine was considered better than perfect technically

yeah i had a friend that used to play tibia. It's like a free shitty version of those. Anyways his cousin was the highest level in the game and sold his account for over $1500.

Guild Wars is like 10x better than WoW. You don't pay monthly, there are more towns, better items, and your overall account can be sold for like a maxxed out character, 600$ maybe?

its crazy, i know if i had millions of dollars, i would probably purchase a gold or two off ebay, its completly ludicrous on how much i've seen characters go for. i'll probably eventually start building up characters with the sole purpose of selling them, but i'll probably get too attached.... sigh....
yeah i like my horde rogue alot. i'm excited to level him up to rack up the dishonorable kills

what's wrong with alliance? ( i just started playing about a month ago (although ive only played it id say 10 times now) and i have an alliance character. i like it fine so far, its just a little annoying to have to wait til u level to do some quest without dying 900 times or trying to find ppl to group with when no1 is up for that quest

dying 900 times happens for the horde before level 20
alliance are gay. FOR THE HORDE!!!
ok ok I'll rephrase, Paladins are. but at 60 paladins suck, anyone can beat them. I play on my friends 60 priest full epic gear, I'll take a paly any day, most of them run.
