Overstock.com has these Select Fox Season 1 DVD's for about $15.
The only show I've watched is 24.

24 is one of the better deals, you get 24 hour long episodes as opposed to 13 1/2 hours with futurama.

futurama. followed closely by king of the hill. but you can find king of the hill reruns on fx like 4 or 5 times a day.

The Shield is fucking awesome. Its kinda different than the other ones you listed but its good.

Alias is awesome.
I always thought King Of The Hill was a show used because Fox had nothing else to put on during those time frames. That show is boring.

24 (love that show), followed by family guy (there's a reason they brought it back...yay!)....never watched the shield, but i'd like to.
the only way i'd buy alias is if it's the older stuff, not the past two seasons. that started out as a good show, but lately it's just been too repetitous (that's not how u spell that...is it?) and boring. maybe the first few seasons would be worth getting....

Since no one mentioned it, Buffy was really an excellent show. Superb writing and quality acting. It was snubbed by Hollywood though simply because of its content.

I loved what I've seen, but was too young when it started, I think anyways.
I watched some Angel, but then it started sucking.
The musical episode of Buffy, where everyones singing the whole time... pure genius.
