I dont know what kind of action the mods are taking- so far its been a passive one. Obviously he is a problem. I could careless if he is banned or not- as long as he isnt bothering me or affecting anyone else seriously. However, I would hate to see this escalate further.

How you propose the Mods deal with this guy? Go over to his house and turn off his modem?

He's not spamming you through PMs and as such we have little ability to prevent him from acting like a douchebag.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. There's a reason I don't have my AIM SN in my profile - so people can't contact me unless I give them my SN.

in other news this kid IMed me too and actually managed to crash my AIM a few times with a tool called GhostTool 6. I guess AIM (and supposedly Trillian and Gaim) is still vulnerable to this tool. It overflows some buffer when the bot tries to send u a file that looks like %n%n%n... etc.

Well for starters, your word is stronger than ours. So if you had believed that Guarantee was not a scammer (which at some point we all didnt believe he was a scammer) then maybe a warning would have sufficed.
