I have watched it. I didn't catch the paypal part but it does seem logical.
Also, paypal is ubergood at avioding cash advance fees from CC companies. Deposit using CC and withdraw into Checking acct.

i dont believe u can deposit via CC directly into ur own account.... u can send to another account and incur the 2.9% fee though.
