Does anybody know where I can get the free site scripts? I remember there was a topic about it and people had some URLs posted where people could download them, but I searched and searched and couldn't find it....if anyone can come up with it, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

RAFS script author is apparently MIA, no longer offering support, etc. Try jad @ www.myeasyscripts.com
But, if you had to ask, I really don't think you're fit to start a site of your own.

if you MUST use a free script... at the very least, review the code thoroughly before you put any trust in it; to protect yourself and your users.
otherwise... write it yourself.

I can't strongly recommend homebrewing your script enough. I've looked at RAFS before and it's ridiculously insecure. I can't count how many times I've been glad FusionCash was written properly and securely from the ground up. It's worth it, even if you have to hire someone to do it for you.
