WTH, does Freepay have an Email address or somthing?

Ive been trying to request credit for completing an offer on freeipods.com for like 10 minutes but every time I make the request, it says I need to include the estimated date of completion, which I did, and include an offer description, which I did.

Any way I can just send them the email directly?
