I just have to vent.
Is there something ambiguous about the auction terms in http//cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8243769445
Because I don't think so. It says it in THREE DIFFERENT PLACES that you must have a confirmed paypal address, including 24pt RIGHT ABOVE THE PICTURE. HOW FUCKING COMPLICATED IS THIS? And now the bitch wants to know how fast I'm going to ship it. FUCK OFF. ARRRRGGGHHHHHHHHHH

So what are you going to do? She'll live you a negative if she doesn't get it before Christmas, won't she?
Wolfeman

If she does, you can probably get it removed since she isn't following the terms of the auction.

You can probably prevent this by listing a BIN auction where immediate payment is required. Then, in your Paypal settings, make sure you set it to only accept confirmed address payments. I would think this would work... not sure.

at lease he didn't want you to ship it to his son in Nigeria University.... roll
Are you gonna be able to get your listing fees back?

Yeah I guess you could have your PayPal set to only accept money from confirmed addresses.

This is what happens when idiots are allowed on ebay...
They have these stores near me now where people will sell your stuff or buy for you from ebay. I see lots of housewives going there... good idea..

Well, it was BIN-only and instant payment required. I just forgot to set PayPal to accept only confirmed payments (its my business account which is mainly used for FusionCash so 99% of the time, payments are outgoing).
The good news is, I just came back after a few hours and there's about 5 emails from this guy. Turns out its some kid who wants this for xmas and his parents are buying it. He offered me his CC# and his bank account info. I'm hoping they'll call and I can explain how to confirm their address in PayPal so I can ship it. Jesus.

well hopefully everything works out on the ++$$ side of everything for you... But considering your luck, it will.
Well, if its a kid, it's probably going to be easier if you talk to his parents. I agree with you, tell the kid to have his parents call you and work everything out.

Click on Profile in the top right, and then under Selling Preferances, click on Payment Receiving Preferences, it's the 5th one down.
