A couple small changes regarding karma

The original intention of the karma system was so that people who were solid contributers would be shown as such, and people who trolled or otherwise were annoying would be shown as such.

Unfortunately, and predictably, it turned into a stupid popularity contest where pretty much everyone had negative karma because someone somewhere didn't like them and felt some serious vindication at the idea of smiting them hour after hour, day after day.

Well, all that is over. I have completely removed the ability to give anyone negative karma, ever. That's right folks - positive only.

In an effort to give karma back some of its meaning and legitimacy, I've also increased the time between +Karmas to 6 hours, from its previous 1 hour.

I also added in a quick confirmation step before your +Karma occurs. That way, you know when you've been sent to a +Karma from a stupid sig or website link, rendering them useless and stupid.

In celebration, I've cleared everyone's karma. We're all at 0 now, and we have nowhere to go but up.

That's good, in the past week someone has been lowering me and comppimp's karma furociously b/c we were the highest 2 members. It was pissing me off b/c I knew I hadn't been an asshole to anyone lately lol
