I have now called them 5 times(during office hours and no one picks up straight to voicemail) and sent them an email to no avail, I think I might just stop by the office since it is located in colorado, anyone also had this problem

lol I just got ahold of them I think the trick is to jsut keep calling because I had been calling once a day and didn't get ahold of anyone but I just called 4 times in a row and on the 4th try someone picked up but it turns out they do listen to your messages because they had already taken care of my issue and I didn't get a $50 suprise either

Good to hear! Anyone do this on IRC, if so how long did it take to credit? I did it last Friday and still haven't gotten credit. I'm having bad luck so far \

I did this and Excitemaxx (same company) and called but got no answer, so I left them a voicemail and told them to get back to me. They didn't so I wrote them an e-mail and they didn't reply to that either.

They haven't charged me so I'm assuming I'm ok.

Someone posted about this before...listen to the message, it gives you options at some point (press #X to speak to ____, press #Y to speak to _____, etc.) I know that "Steve" was the guy I spoke to.

Yeah they kept trying to charge me and charge me, even though I left various different messages and e-mailed them also.

Instead of choosing option 1 for Cortiban and Excitemaxx, you choose option 2 and it takes you right through to a customer service rep. The woman gave me some bullshit that they were having problems with their phones (but yet she picked up right away when choosing option 2).

The fuckers tried charging me 6 times and eventualy got $70 from even though I called them and left messages for people to get back to me, twice, more than 2 days before the trial expired.

yeah i had a problem with them but i finally got through a few weeks ago they let me stop the trial and i got to keep the product for free which im gonna sell on ebay.

Yeah I thought about selling mine also, especially since they sent me the autoship as well, so I have about 2 months worth or something.

It might be easier than sending it back and trying to get my money back.

I just got ahold of them. The fuckers set up that auto ship before my trial was up. So I got billed $70. I'll get a refund though after I get the shipment and then send it back. What an f-ing hassle.

Yeah but did they ask you to send them an e-mail?

They asked me to but the idiot told me the wrong e-mail address to send it to (apparently they can't tell you how to send something back over the phone, it takes you sending them an e-mail, then them revieing your account for 5 days, and then them giving you instructions on how to send the shit back), so I wasn't waiting for about 4 days for this e-mail, and then I called back, eventually got ahold of someone and they told me the corrrect e-mail.

i am always on the lookout for choco tacos and rarely find them. they used to sell them in the vending machines in junior high and at taco bell. i get one if i see it.
