Sorry Guys, noob first time dealing with an unpaid item on ebay
what should i do its open dispute

and in the close button it says

Close this Dispute

You can close this dispute if

- You and the buyer are satisfied

- You don't want to communicate with or wait for the buyer

- You both agree not to complete the transactions

- Buyer returned the item

Note You will be able to choose your closure type on the next page

so if i close it will i get a refund of my fees? and what should i enter in the response area?

I think you can only get your listing fee refunded if you choose you dont want to wait or communicate with the buyer.

Choose that option. Ebay only allows you to choose this after 7 days(or around there) after you opened the dispute. But you are guareenteed for all listing fees and final sale fees back, so don't worry. Also, the fees are counted as ebay credit(I think), so if you already paid your seller's account fees, you would have an account with a negative balance(meaning ebay owes you money). So next time you list something on ebay, they will just subtract from what they owe you.
