I saw an episode of 20/20 or Nightline or Dateline... one of those prime time shows... or maybe it WAS Primetime... anyway, a guy was hazed by a college fraternity and he had to drink a glass of water everytime he answered a question incorrectly (or something like that... if I remember correctly) and he ended up drinking several gallons of water and "drowned from the inside"... no shitting! Anything in mass quantities can be toxic...your body can only assimilate so much of any one substance, which is why "theoretically" even water could be considered toxic.
