only one I know of is OC
not sure about OOD on there. A lot of times though the best solution seems to be a good paypal site and then buy one yourself. You can get a razor for free with 2 yrs service.

I don't understand what you mean by this. Buy one yourself and get one for free? Are you talking about like signing up for a contract and then you get a phone for "free?"

I was saying two things
1) People are always looking for odd freebies, and sometimes the site you have to get it from isn't really worth the time and effort. Most of the time it seems easier and cheaper to do a paypal site and take the cash to buy a phone yourself with the best deal you can find.
2) If you search fatwallet.com or slickdeals.net a lot of times you will find phone companies giving out free razors when you sign up for say 2 years of service with them
