Here's the situation

I won a pair of shoes that I now realize are not going to fit.

The sellers policies

[b88520e0c8a]Payment[/b88520e0c8a] We require all payments be received within 10 days of the end of auction. We reserve the right to relist any item that has not been paid for within that 10 day period.

[b88520e0c8a]Returns [/b88520e0c8a]Returning an item to us is easy. We accept returns on products for any reason, provided you have not worn the item. If a return is necessary due to an error on our part, such as describing an item incorrectly in an ad or shipping the wrong item, we will refund the full purchase price (including shipping) and will reimburse the buyer for the cost to return the item to us.

For all other returns, we will refund the winning bid price. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.

[b88520e0c8a]Feedback [/b88520e0c8a]Our system automatically leaves positive feedback for all of our customers once we have received your payment and positive feedback has been left for us.

Can I contact the seller and pay him for all the listing fees and maybe a little extra to back out? And If I don't pay, will I recieve negative feedback?

just tell him you ordered the wrong size and pay him the listing fees.
be sure to make sure he won;t leave negative feedback before you pay the listing fee.
