So I go to pay my credit card bill online and I can't log in. I use the "forgot my login information" feature and put my number and social and they say their isn't an account with that information.
Mind you, last month I lost my purse and I had them send me a new credit card so I called to activate the one that the sent me thinking maybe that's why I couldn't login.
Angie the customer service girl tells me that the account has been closed which I found odd. So she wants me to fill out a new application and I did't feel like it, I told her I just wanted to pay my balance. She tells me that there is no balance ! This can't be true b/c it's a $750 card that I had maxed out all but like 10 bucks. I kept asking her to make sure and she says that I don't owe anything. I even told her to send me a statement that says that I don't owe anything.
I don't know what the hell is going on but I fear that in a year they're gonna tell me that I owe them the money plus interest and I'm gonna be shit out of luck. I took down her name and agent number just in case they ask me who the hell told me that I don't owe any money.

Look at the bright side, you might actually run away $750 richer.

but the negative effects outweigh that in a year they could relize that she owes money and charge her intrest on top fo the 750$ which would mean she is paying them more money than needed

if they sedn you the invoice that you owe nothing thats liek a ticket that they can never charge you
