what's a good laptop site to do?

i'm interested in getting a new laptop......so what are some of the best sites to do with nice laptops, and sites that not every single person has done (like it was with freeipods.com)

OC is, but FreePay doesn't have OOD and doesn't do random DQs.

where can you sign up? i went to the site and they tell you to look for their promotions on the web
