Bill collectors piss the hell out of me.

So we get about three phone calls I day about my dad owing $3000 to future shop for a tv my dad returned and they said 3 years later that we didnt. Now we have this collection agency calling us every hour. My dad is a financial planner, owning his own business and is a multimillionair, and we have these fucking collectors on our asses for some bull shit. ahah. So everytime I call, they ask to speak to Kevin. ANd I say fuck off, my dad owes nothing, he has an perfect credit rating and makes millions, stop wasting our time and yours. But sure enough, they call back. Fuckers!! haha

so why are you worried about ebay and why do you do freebie sites if your dad is a millionair

So I used to be a collections agent for Sears cards, and anyone who hates them should spend a day there. I'd love to go crazy and say I don't have to pay for my groceries at Walmart, but that's socially unacceptable, yet thousands of people do it to collectors without a second thought. It's a job like any other, it's a living. I know 99% of the people I talked to weren't bad people, but hey, you made a committment, take care of it. And if the situation is really as you say, why doesn't your dad talk to the store instead of the creditors, the collections people can't do shit, that's a mistake at a much higher level.

oh, my dad has talked to them. he asked them if they have papers in front of them that prove that he owes that money... and they reply, no. My dad says "When you get proof, then call me and hangs up"

It doesn't matter if your dad had perfect credit before this..any collection noted on his credit report will yeild a high negative result. If he wants it to end, he should look at his credit report, send the credit agencies a letter and have THEM deal with it. They have to prove to the credit companies that he does, in fact, owe them that money.

If he's not willing to do anything about it, then he'll have to deal with the phone calls.
