I have a friend who wants to be a referral for me, but his parents won't let him use their credit card. I heard something about there being pre-paid credit cards you can get that just have about $20 on them. Does anyone know where to get these?

Go with the visa gift card! I have one- I love it u can use it anywhere visa is accepted. Whether it be online or in real life you can use it!

With the epassporte what happens if a charge is made for more than is on the account? Does it act like a debit card would and just bounce the charge or does epassporte pull the needed funds out of your credit card?

So it just keeps charging to your account? That doesnt seem right because that would mean epassporte would be paying out of pocket with no garuntee of you paying them back.

well, if you get into negatives because of a charge that didnt show up that went through after you bought something else, it goes into negatives. i have 2 accounts, because one is at -6.
