Chicken Little was Awesome! I loved Runt and his Barbara Streisand Collection. I though HP was okay, but not that great.

i thought harry potter wasnt that good, that book in the series was mostly rising action to what happens in the next book. like in the first and 2nd ones it all this little story that has and end and clears up most of the details.

the 4rth one will be like the 2nd half to this story since they go hand in hand pretty much the special effects were sweet though.

I was disappointed with the HP movie. it was still really good but the book was wayyy better. The movie tried to make it look like a children's book, but Goblet of Fire was a lot darker than the first three. plus they cut so much out.

Of course they cut a bunch, the book was like 700 pages. I liked HP, I dont know what there was to be disappointed about. Chicken Little was stupid.

Yeah I thought Harry Potter & The Goblet Of Fire the book was the best one by far, but the movie was pretty pants. They cut so much of it out, they cut into scenes from something totally random, the movie didn't flow at all and unless you have read the book, it will probably leave you a little confused.

From what I understood, the script was only 150 pages whereas the book is 734 pages. I think they did an excellent job with what they had. Most of the information in the book could have (and was) left out. I'm sure it would have been excellent to see EVERYTHING (like the Quidditch World Cup match) but I wouldn't have wanted to sit there for 3+ hours. ;)

My hope is that they'll have an extended version on DVD.

Btw, Ralph Fiennes and the graveyard scene was AWESOME. They did an amazing job with that part, IMO.

I wondered who that was. But I mean I saw it (out of the theatre wink ) and it ran for around 2 1/2 hours and I understand they had a lot to fit in but what are they going to do with The Half Blod Price or Order Of Pheonix because those are pretty fuckin big books.

I would gladly sit there for 4 hours and watch it if it was consistent to the book, but that's just me.

From everything I have read besides this Chicken Little was the failed last hope of Disney. Pixar > Disney, LONG LIVE PIXAR!

I think a lot of Order of the Phoenix can be cut down. That book moved really slow. Maybe they could split that or HBP into two books and release them a few months apart.

I agree. If the movie is good and sticks to the book, i'll sit and watch it. Hell, people watched titanic. Same with Lord of the Rings. People said there was a lot left out, but I still would've watched it if all the movies were twice as long.

Goblet of Fire is actually a ton longer than Half Blood Prince. The only way they were able to shorten it to this length was to nix most of the beginning of the book... I would have liked to see it longer, but I still think it was the best HP movie to date, and it's my 2nd favorite HP book. I just hope they do right by Order of the Phoenix because there is no room to cut anything out of that book and leave the story intact.

I also think Ralph did a nice job. I recognized him really quickly since I had seen him before on Red Dragon.

Old news, they used to sell them on Amazon.

like jump I wish they had stayed closer to the book as they left out some very imprtnat parts and focused on stuff that had no relevance at all in the future. I also think they focused to much on flashy graphics to carry the movie and not enough on the plot
