Unfortunately I do not have a credit card, does anyone know where I can get a prepaid card or a paypal credit card or something where you do not have to be over 18?

If you don't want one that has to be over 18, why does it say you're 19 as your age?

Do you even know the difference between a credit card and a debit/checking card?

look the best way to go is the Visa Gift Card. You can use it online or anywhere that Visa is accepted I use it and it works great. Find a retailer near you---> http//visa.via.infonow.net/locator/giftcard/jsp/index.jsp?origin=personal

You can use the Visa gift card online and in real life, that's why I think its the best prepaid.

What's the difference between the Virtual Visa and Electron...other then the Virtual is only for online?

Well thats is practically the only difference, but also with the electron you can withdraw cash at any Visa/PLUS ATM and to make purchases at select Visa merchant terminals around the globe, and yes with virtual its only for online use.

So in that case wouldn't it be better to get the Electron?

Yes, if your looking to actually use the money in your epassporte for money to buy stuff around town with, but if you just want a quick easy way to do offers, virtual is the best because all you have to do is slap 30 bucks on it and you can do all the offers you need.
