haha, pretty awesome.. although, most of the time, if possible, I prefer to deal with automated systems rather than incompetent customer service reps.

in california its a law that you have to be able to reach an operator by pressing 0. I dont know if its the same in other states.

call the operator, and propose... you get inteseting responses like
Sir, are you drunk? etc...
...but make sure you use a friends cell phone...
