Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum, but I was just wondering whether or not you count as a referral if you had already signed up.
For example, I have already signed up at freephotoipods, not knowing about congas, and want to participate in them. I have not bought an offer yet, and if I use a referral link from a conga will it be recognized even though I'm already signed up?

No, once you signed up under nobody (or under somebody's referral link) it's final. No changes can be made since Gratis earn money when people don't sign up under other people and wouldn't want to add the feature of switching the link you signed up under since it would lose them money. Either way, most of the congas for this already have way too many people on them so it's pointless for you to join them now.
Please remember not to sign up for another account under a certain referral link since it may cause your account to be put on hold indefinitely at a later date.

when your at the top new people will sign up under your link
