As above - my digital camera (Canon SD10) seems to accentuate Red Eye in most photos I take. I've attempted to use the Red Eye filter on the camera, but that hasn't helped.

Anyway, I've tried using the Trial Version of Photoshop and MS Office Picture editor, but haven't been too pleased with the results.

Anyone have any freeware/shareware suggestions?

You can get red-eye reduction plug-ins for Photoshop, but maybe give Picasa a try.

Google own it now but it's really good and simple for managing your pictures and has a few basic editing options, including red-eye.

It's free so I'd say it's worth a try.

I forgot about Picassa, I had it installed, but my OS hardrive was getting full so I uninstalled it.

I'll look into that. Any other suggestions?

There are a series of steps you can do in Photoshop and it works like a dream, but if you're looking for a select and click type of solution, Picassa works well.
