xbox360 shortage is no hype.....

I hit so many fucking stores in the mall. All with big xbox360 signs with no actual xbox 360 systems left in the stores. My local gamestop said

i think the xbox360 will be selling even better on ebay now that its almost impossible to buy on in stores for the next month or so....

Now it's showing $100... I don't think that original price was legit. There are three auctions that ended recently with over $3,850 whose bidding prices have been fixed or description removed.

There will be a shortage but it sure won't last til February. PS3 should be coming out in the spring and MS will want to get an xbox in all the hands they can before the PS3 hype starts. I bet the stores will have plenty by Jan 1st. I wasn't able to get one and really didn't want to wait in line all day so I'm just going to wait it out, I've got computer games to tie me over til then.

in the case of my gamestop it WILL last till feburary because all the units they plan on getting in for the next few months are already on reserve..
