That happened to me. The "Collection null" error message, right? I'm pretty sure I got that message because I entered my phone number wrong (had to re-enter with the dashes), so if that's the real reason then be sure that you entered everything correctly.

Well, Comedy Central's exact words are, "You'll be entered once for every correct code that you submit", so it doesn't matter how many times you submit.
