Speed Fixes

The three main laggy pages (index.php, viewtopic.php, viewforum.php) have all been debugged and revamped for speed. The guy that does SQL for deviantart helped me understand how to optimize mySQL for speed so now I really know what I'm doing. You should notice much quicker page loads from now on. Index.php seems to be averaging just under 1 second for generation time - viewtopic and viewforum (in normal conditions) are well under 1s; usually around .3-.5s which is awesome. The main culprit in viewtopic was a stupid search-by-username query for karma and tr that should have been search-by-userid.

Sweet. It is a lot faster now. It's taking about 1 1/2 per page load according to fasterfox.

liwow everything is faster. The thing that takes the longest is loading full page threads, and that's only around 2 seconds for me.
