Ok well if you haven't started a 12 Daily Pro account like the rest of us, you've probably seen a lot of people talking about it!

I know it can be confusing, so I've written a little 'how to guide' to help those of you who haven't started yet.

You can start a [bdb6e8db48d]free[/bdb6e8db48d] account for Traffic Exchange purposes, or you can become and '[bdb6e8db48d]Upgraded[/bdb6e8db48d]' member to earn money & recieve traffic exchange.

[bdb6e8db48d]What do I have to do to earn money?[/bdb6e8db48d]
All you have to do is surf 12 webpages on 12dailypro's website ...that's it! And not only that, but it's all automatic, it takes 6 minutes! You could click 'start surfing' and then go eat supper if you want and it will [bdb6e8db48d]do the work by itself[/bdb6e8db48d]!

[bdb6e8db48d]What do you mean by traffic exchange?[/bdb6e8db48d]
Well this means that as you view other websites, you earn 1 credit, which is allocated automatically to a website that you have placed in your member profile. You can surf a maximum of 30 pages in one day.

i.e. If you surf 15 websites in one day, you can put YOUR OWN WEBSITE in the rotation for a [idb6e8db48d]freebie site, affiliate link or even your homepage[/idb6e8db48d] - [bdb6e8db48d]whatever ou want[/bdb6e8db48d] - and you'll get 15 unique views on your page.

I surfed 930 last month, and I got 930 views on my freeipods.com account - out of which I got 3 GREENS =)

[bdb6e8db48d]What are the risks?[/bdb6e8db48d]
If you decide to invest, keep in mind that like any investment, there is some risk - there's ALWAYS a chance of a company going bust or the stock market failing, or Forex trading going wrong. Not that it's likely to happen any time soon, but eventually 12 Daily Pro will probably have to close. So follow the forums to see what everyone is thinking (right now I say it's 99.99% safe til January!) and also [bdb6e8db48d]don't invest more than you can afford to lose[/bdb6e8db48d]!

There are a lot of skeptics. People accuse 12DP of being a [bdb6e8db48d]ponzi scheme[/bdb6e8db48d]. They say these auto surf sites just gather your money and then when they have enough money, they just leave with the $1 million or more that they've accumulated. While that may be true of certain other HYIPs (High Yield Investment Programs) or even other autosurf websites, 12 Daily Pro is not a Ponzi scheme in my oppinion.

[bdb6e8db48d]There are numerous reasons why 12DP is legit [/bdb6e8db48d]

They've been around for about 6 months already
They get 1500+ new members a day
They haven't missed a single payment yet
They have over 125,000 members.
They have been rated as one of the top 600 Most Visited Websites by Alexa.com
They have overtaken Stuido Traffic as the #1 Autosurf company
The admin, Charis Johnson, is honest and trustworthy. Her phone number is available on the website if you want to call the office for questions.
They are NETIBA certified.
They are comitted to growing the autorsurf industry by supporting other programs in their 'Site Of The Week' feature.
They constantly keep in touch with updates on the members main page.
They've even organized a 'Get Paid To' conference which will be held in February. They have been scrutinized by a reputable 3rd party business auditor (look at the bottom for details)
[/colordb6e8db48d]

I also get a feeling of honesty and security at 12 Daily Pro, while other sites have ripped me off, 1DollarPts.com, titansurf.com, estrixsurf.com, etc. - 12 Daily Pro has constantly been friendly, quick to update the members and professional.

[bdb6e8db48d]How much did you invest?[/bdb6e8db48d]
Point is, I trusted it enough to comfortably put $1500.00 US on my credit card. That was a tough decision, I'm unemployed at the moment, so I don't have a steady income. I have student loans, car loans and credit card bills to pay - so I saw 12 Daily Pro, did my research and deemed myself [bdb6e8db48d]foolish[/bdb6e8db48d] if I didn't invest!

I've been paid 4 times already, totalling over $3100.00 USD! Click these links to see the screenshots

[bdb6e8db48d]I don't have $1500, how much do I have to invest?[/bdb6e8db48d]
You can put as little as [bdb6e8db48d]$6.00[/bdb6e8db48d] in the first couple times to see if it's trustworthy. The maximum you can invest is [bdb6e8db48d]$6000.00[/bdb6e8db48d]

If you want to be really safe, you can withdraw your original investment and then reinvest the earnings =) That's what I'm starting to do now.
So if you Put in $1000.00, you'll get paid 12-19 days later (takes up to 7 days to process payment) $1440.00 - that's a $440.00 profit!

You can then withdraw the original $1000 and just keep investing the $440.00 so EVEN IF they go bust, you'll never have lost money!

Here's a basic guide of what you'll make on an initial investment of between $6 and $6000.

$6.00 (1 unit) = $8.64
$48.00 (8 units) = $69.12
$96.00 (16 units) = $138.24
$498.00 (83 units) = $717.12
$1998.00 (333 units) = 2877.12
$6000.00 (1000 units) = $8640.00

[bdb6e8db48d]How do I receive payment?[/bdb6e8db48d]
Another thing you need to know about is payment. 12DP uses [bdb6e8db48d]Stormpay[/bdb6e8db48d] and [bdb6e8db48d]eGold[/bdb6e8db48d] as their '[idb6e8db48d]payment processors[/idb6e8db48d]'.
You'll need an account at either of these sites to invest and also to recieve payments.

Stormpay is really easy to get money into your account. You can slap a credit card on your account and have money in your Stormpay balance instantly! They have a 6.9% fee on all incoming payments, which can get hefty on large payments over $1000.00 (you'll soon be getting those, heh). However you're still making 137%, which is still good!

Egold is the other service. The fees are a LOT less but it's harder to get money into your eGold account. You need to do currency conversion through a site like www.uniclear.com or www.goldpouchexpress.com

[bdb6e8db48d]So to sum it up, how exactly does this work?[/bdb6e8db48d]
You get paid [bdb6e8db48d]12% each day[/bdb6e8db48d] you surf. You just have to surf 12 sites a day to get paid. So after 12 days of surfing, you get [bdb6e8db48d]144%[/bdb6e8db48d].

Each investment is called an 'upgrade'. You upgrade for 'units' which cost $6 each. You can have a max of [bdb6e8db48d]2 active upgrades[/bdb6e8db48d] at a time totalling no more than 1000 units, or $6000.00

Payment is automatic, it takes up to [bdb6e8db48d]7 days[/bdb6e8db48d] to receive payment after your upgrade has expired. I usually get my payments in 3-5 days.

I recommend using a Stormpay account on your first couple upgrades and then switching over to an egold account.

[bdb6e8db48d]What about if I refer someone? Do I earn anything?[/bdb6e8db48d]
You get 12% of every upgrade someone in your downline invests. That's right, 12% - each time! So get your family and friends started, you'll be making them money and they'll be making you money!

You also get site credits for referring free members.

[bdb6e8db48d]I'm ready to start, do you have any other tips?[/bdb6e8db48d]

Here is my strategy for optimal cash generation =)

You should upgrade every 7 days.

If you do that, you are creating a cash flow, a payment every week. Here is an image which I created today to help explain this

[idb6e8db48d]Here's what Andrew of Future4Me.com, a reputable site which independently reviews various money-making opportunities, has to say about 12 Daily Pro.

[quotedb6e8db48d="Andrew of Future4Me.com"]- In liyour opinionli does lifeclicks and 12dailypro (especially) have a sustainable business model such that it will be profitable for them throughout the next 2 years and beyond? (given a non-declining membership base throughout that time)

In my opinion, based on my judgement of the body of information that I've collected (a portion of which you can see at the future4me forum) and on my discussions with Charis yes, I believe that LifeClicks' overall business model is constructed such that their business is sustainable. In fact, given the insight about small companies that experience trading small cap and penny stocks (both of which deal, typically, with small publicly-traded companies) has afforded me, I am happy to say that my impression of LifeClicks lias a businessli is very positive. A decline from the present level of membership (100k members) would not have an adverse effect on LifeClicks in general, or 12DP in particular, so far as I can tell. As I've said before, a program without members is no longer a program thus, members are essential. That, I think, should be self-evident. I won't go further with this topic here, though.

As for whether the business model is sustainable for the "next 2 years and beyond" LifeClicks Administration is focused on creativity, innovation, and developing their programs and services with the end of membership value in mind. The Internet, sophisticated as it is, is always in flux, and is probably in a very early stage of growth, overall. Online advertising, especially for small business and entrepreneurs, is - believe it or not - mostly ineffective. There is an awesome amount of potential in online advertising to be harnessed by those with a small advertising budget and little exposure (on search engines, major portals such as Yahoo!, etc.), but it is mostly untapped because the means and methods of advertising are really very poor - almost laughable. This is where LifeClicks comes in. The focus at LifeClicks is on creating quality online advertising. This is why there is such an emphasis on advertising credits and advertising space at 12DP. This is the reason for the creation of Hits Daily Pro (HDP). LifeClicks, I think, is focused on nothing less than ultimately revolutionizing the online advertising industry - enabling the small online businessperson or entrepreneur to effectively harness the untapped potential of the Internet and find that audience of millions who are surfing from site to site and image to image every moment of the day. So, to answer your question about the the next 2 years and beyond in my opinion yes.

-Does "infinitely" increased membership mean "infinitely" increased profit for 12dailypro? (by infinitely, I mean steadily growing with no forseeable decline in total level of upgrades purchased) - or is it possible to have too many members to sustain the model?

Anyone could tell you that membership at 12Daily Pro will not infinitely increase - as you already know - in which case, then, your question is about a hypothetical scenario. Increased membership isn't the only variable impacting the level of profit LifeClicks achieves, so there isn't a simple correlation between the number of members and the amount of profit their memberships generate. Is it possible to have too many members? Realistically (meaning there is a finite pool of members), probably not. But, I would caution against assuming that membership in 12DP will be allowed to expand indefinitely. Profit is not the only (or even the primary) motive for LifeClicks. For some, that may seem counter-intuitive "what a company that cares about something other than profit?" Yes, LifeClicks, as you can tell, cares about quality and value. Moreover, it cares about quality and value for their own sakes, not simply because quality and value will have the effect of enhancing profit.

-It sounds like when you describe a threshold of members needed for program survival that potential failure could occur only if the level of members declined below that threshold, is that correct? (I understand that in business, there are always unforseeable factors/threats, but for the sake of argument, let's say that all other factors remain constant, and we're just looking at the rate of members and assuming that it remains constant or grows.

I don't know what the exact quantity of members is that is "the minimum necessary for program survival". I'm not sure whether even LifeClicks administration has that figure. Because 12DP is not a ponzi, the program can expand, contract, and remain at the same membership level. Geometric growth is not necessary for the ongoing success of 12DP, as one notorious antagonist of 12DP has suggested. If the rate of incoming members slows down, that appears to have no bearing on the sustainability of the program. If the number of members declines, then it appears the program would contract to a former size and continue operating.

-can you please describe what is included in your level 2 due diligence in researching 12 daily pro? (I see that it says "financial and identity" but am curious as to what that means exactly).

The details of our general Level 2 due diligence criteria are posted at the future4me forum; visit there for details. In brief "identity" involves confirming personal details such as name, background, location, etc., whereas "financial" involves researching details regarding the relevant financial aspects of the business plan, "income streams" or sources of revenue, the program's capacity to meet its intended goals (12%/day for 12 days, payout in 7 business days, etc.), etc. Again, visit the future4me forum for the full Level 2 document. DD is a dynamic process, so we do allow for some flexibility you can find some observations about this at the OIC section of the future4me forum, as well.
