Question: XBOX360 - Call Of duty 2 Or Perfect dark Zero?

Im only going to get one FPS when i pick up 360 on tues.
which one would you all suggest?
ive heard COD2 got great reviews , but many people ive ran into keep reminding me of PD's past and the new co-op mode in Zero.
Ive honestly seen both in action and thought they were both incredible but only played COD2 ...
The multi in PDZ seems more attractive , and the replay value to me is a lot higher -potentially than COD2.
Than again COD is an amazing series...and its realistic features are more to my liking than PDZ's assortment of guns/aliens.
Any suggestions/comments/input?

i thought COD2 was good but i havent played PDZ but reviews said it sucked so we will see...all i know is i get my 360 tommorow and its gonna have Kameo with it and i plan on taking that shit straight to Wal-Mart to exchange it if they let me.

I bought COD2 yesterday. If I had a walmart here I would trade my Kameo in for PGR. Go for COD. The reviews are not so hot for PDZ.

Oh yeah. Im one of the unlucky who has to purchase it on tuesday ( my birthday as well-coincidence i think not!) so im planning on "camping" out , but ive been hearing about these "midnight sales" any info on them?
Like who's offering them and so on....also this shortage thing is news to me...

Yeah, no reviews are out for PDZ yet. Initial impressions from the 360 preview events that I read were bad, but 1up.com is posting impressions of the game this weekend leading up to their review coming next week

Good idea, I had planned on camping in front of my best buy tuesday morning but I think I might try a hick walmart instead. then if thats a bust i can still make the best buy camp out.

I have been playing Call of Duty 2 all day and it is AWSOME! The sound is great, like a movie, and the picture is awesome on my 1080i HDTV. I got Kameo too but have not opened it yet and I have not played PDZ. My $0.2.

i think PDZ is awesome the game play is alot of fun and the multiplayer makes up for the graphics not being quite as good as COD2. Now i dont have COD2 to make a decision on it but from people ive talked to online they say COD2 looks great and plays great but they say the multiplayer is gay. In PDZ the multiplayer is so sick you can have like 30 something people in one room destroying each other its great. So yes i would highly recommend it.

I've read some impressions and it sounds like the single player in PD0 is lame but the multiplayer owns. COD2 is just the opposite. I'd go with COD2 just because I like the first one so much, but it depends if your looking for single or multiplayer. Here's a list of reviews

From what I am hearing PDZ is the way yo go for online and CoD2 for single. I can't say anything about PDZ because I don't have it but I have been playing CoD2 and it is very nice. I beat it last night and now I am trying it on Veteran hardness. So hard. I have played CoD2 online and it is fun. I think the max is 8 players.

it was a tough decision for me also but i went with PDZ just for the online play. so just determine what you need the most from the game.

I would open it because it is a great game and there won't be any better games comming out for a while. I wouldsay it is going to be in the top 3 for the next few months. Definitely a game that "shows off" your new toy. I would say if you have COD2, PDZ, and PGR3 you would be all set.

Every time Stroid logs on to Live I get a little popup notice on my TV. I could see if I had a bunch of friends it would get annoying if I got a popup every minute. I bet there is a way to change this though.

I've already posted this but I thought I'd put it here for anyone planning to go to walmart. I live in the middle of nowhere but my local walmart is only getting 10 360s in, and only 2 of them are the premium packs, the others are the shitty core bundle. I called an hour ago and they said that there are already 3 people waiting for the midnight opening, so no premium pack for me. I'd reccommend getting to a trusty old best buy nice and early and just chillin, because you know they'll be getting enough premium bundles to go around.

Stroid and I have been playing alot of PDZ and I have to tell you its freaking amazing online. You can do Co-op over live which is fun as shit and the multiplayer is HUGE - the levels are enormous and you can have tons of people in one room. Also, there are a couple vehicles to use such as a hovercraft and a jetpack (jetpack kicks ass). It isn't as fast paced as Halo, but I don't think it hurts the game at all.
When you guys get your 360 add me as your friend - if you have the game or not.
