Ipod Nano Sratched up

I've read a lot about how the Ipod Nano is very easy to scratch, especially on the main screen itself. This has happened to me, so I was wondering if anyone knew details on if we can either exchange it for a new one, or can we still upgrade it for $50 for a Videoipod. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I really, really doubt it but hell, its Apple so anything is possible.

Yea, you can exchange it but only if the screen is only showing partial picture, or isnt showing anything.My friend just had his screen actually break on him and he sent it back and they said they would exchange it for him.

With all the bad shit im hearing about the ipod nano i think i will just exchange mine at the apple store and pay 50$ for a 30gig video ipod...

I'm guessing we can only upgrade it if its brand new in the box huh. Also, I heard apple stores give Students a discount, so it would only cost $20 (or $30 I forget) to upgrade it. Just bring a student ID and ask about the discount.
