I was performing various searches using the Google engine, and happened to come across
'Windows Live'[=www.live.com]'Windows Live'.
Now, I realize that many of you are opposed to Microsoft and their associated products. However, even at the first glance, I realized how similar this product is to Google's famous 'Personalized Home' (I am not aware of any other name..).
The question I would like to put before you all is
Do you anticipate many people using Microsoft's Live service? If so, how many? Also, are you of the opinion that users of Google's service will transfer over to Microsoft's Live service?
Thanks for your time,

Has it been confirmed that Google is releasing an Operating System, or is this only a rumour?

Challenge.
The closest thing to a Google OS was the rumored "software as a service" web-based office suite that everyone expected Google and Sun to announce a few weeks ago...and it wasn't announced.
(Unless the absurdly huge news of Google confirming its plans to mount a direct affront to Microsoft's core product line managed to elude all of the major news outlets.)

Microsoft is going to release Microsoft Office Live that allows excel and shit to be used over the internet in a browser. They already have forms of that like you can see Outlook in a browser, IDK though I guess it is differant.

This is why I love capitalism.
May Google, Microsoft, and Apple live in continuum forever.

That screenshot could have easily been created in an advanced photo editing program.. Photoshop for instance.

Yeah it's fake, but I just thought I'd post it anyway.
If they did bring out an OS, I hope it wouldn't be as ugly as the one above.

Yes, the OS in the picture above is particularly disorganized.
