I've been playing around with the Super Nintendo lately. It had a lot of good games.
Super Mario World, Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy III...
I could go on and on.

Who's an SNES or GENESIS fan, and what games did you play?
Feel free to discuss any and all aspects of the 16-bit gaming world and related material (i.e. new sequels).

[ub2aacca4b6][bb2aacca4b6]Be sure to answer the poll question above![/bb2aacca4b6][/ub2aacca4b6]

There is emulators that turns your psp into a system of your choice. And then you just download the Roms (games) and you play. They have most of the games.

I miss my genesis... the poor thing was stolen when my house was robbed back in the day... imagine a 6 yr old being home with his 12 yr old sister when to strange big men come barging into your house to leave with your only major gaming system of the time.... luckily we still had our snes which I still love... I jsut dont have the proper connections to hook it up and my N64 is sorta screwed up..

That's pretty awesome! I might wanna get a psp solely for that purpose...although the new Wipeout game looks sweet too. Not to mention you can get movies for it.

Just thought of a couple more good SNES games Super Metroid, Mario RPG, Super Punch Out....(love Mike Tyson's Punch Out for the NES....couldn't beat Tyson until my sophomore year of college!)

Does anyone remember Act Raiser for SNES?
It was tight; you could fight your way through a level,
and then when you beat it you had to build up a city SimCity style.(Pictures below)

Yeah Megaman X was a great game. I think it was TMNT 4 Turtles in Time that was the good one on SNES. For sega, it was TMNT Hyperstone Heist. I think i liked the Sega one better. I could beat it on hard no problem.

The TMNT arcade game was cool, where you could pick up almost anything.

TMNT, Battletoad's, and Double Dragon were the best on NES. Echo the Dolphin was AWSOME on Sega Genesis! lol

I played almost all my RPG games on the SNES and my sport and side-scrolling games on the Genesis. I mostly played SMS when those "cool" 16-bit systems came out though...

Chrono Trigger

That's all i can think of that i played right now...I'll update if i think of more.
