must read for noobs and people with low TR

This site is great for people with high TR but it sucks for noobs and people for lower TR. It seems that the mods just do everything in their power to protect those with high TR and don't give a shit about the noobs and lower TR members.

I never exploit noobs. I try my best to be fair. If someone goes green for me, but I don't I give them PayPal for their green. You are basing your opinion of people with high TR on two people. Many many High TR people here are very reliable, most I would say.
