What are your thoughts? I just saw (no pun intended) the sequal today... the ending was iffy, perhaps cheesy, but managed to catch me way off guard again. Highly recomended.
I love how people talk crap on moving endings.. ever heard of a sequel?

Jesus Christ, the mother fuckin' first one knocked me on my ass... my brother had already seen the movie and insisted me and a few friends come with him and watch it. We did... I didn't even realize their was a twist ending... I thought we were looking at the story and knew every detail and weren't to expect anything different from what was being seen. This wasn't a murder mystery of any sort (don't worry for those who haven't seen it, I don't think I am blowing anything by saying this... you still won't catch on). When the ending came around my brother turns to all of us to see are expressions... my mouth hit the floor... so fucking cool. Anyway, the sequel isn't as good as the first (it's hard to compete with an ending like that). The ending is a bit, I dare say, cheesy, but definitely still worth watching. GO SEE BOTH!

they both fuckin suck to me....I don't see the horror in this

They are NOT to be confused with 'horror!' They are thrillers... edge of your seat deal, with a hell of an ending! Not 'horror.'

if you guys noticed, the doctor at the very first scene putting the key in that guys eye had a limp.
and he was a surgeon.
and if you noticed in the end.. SPOILERISH DONT SCROLL
the bathroom is under that house so it's all hidden, so the doctor wouldnt have been able to get out, so i'm guessing he works for jigsaw like the other one now?

That was the jigsaw killer (I can't remember his name... maybe John). If you'll remember from the first movie, during the chase scene with Danny Glover, he was limping... we know for a fact it was him during that scene because of his voice. I'm pretty sure the limp has to do with the cancer or probably the car wreck he was in... but, I certainly don't think there is anyone else involved.

or maybe it could be somone pretending to be him....anyway after i saw this movie i saw a discussion on saw I and how somone totally predicted the plot for saw II....btw there is a Saw III for next OCT

Well, if you remember, the bathroom was under the house, which was not easy to find. That means that last time, the Doctor would NOT have been able to get out, especially without dying. Also, he DIDN'T win the game, because he didn't kill the photographer, and Jigsaw would have killed him.
And we know that John has helpers.
Also, the voice thing, it was obviously a voiceover during that footage, as it went smoothly from when you saw the puppet's face. It's not like he knew what to say while doing the surgery.

I am usually not entertained with thrillers or horror movies... too predictable. NOT THIS ONE! I recommend everyone go see it (starting with the first, ofcourse).

saw I had a nice twist, but did anyone else know how BUDGET that movie was? the scene where the guy gets the scissors to the gut...look at the walls and surroundings...that set is used for about 10 other scenes in the movie...just different paintings and pictures on the wall.
as for saw II, the ending was interesting and there was certainly more money put into the production of this one. however the acting is so crappy it made me cringe. especially the detective (dad), he couldnt act to save his life...or his kids (lol)
