PayPal improving?

i did a trade back in august, got scammed out of 150$ after the dude disputed the transaction. He states his claim, i stated mine and i lost, didnt wanna go on further cause paypal doesnt seem to listen. Anyway, my paypal was on limited, and i refused to pay that money. I created a new account, and it worked that way, till like last night when they figured out this my 2nd account. I called them and discussd situation with a manager, he told me that everything is going to be fine, and sorted within 2-3 regular days, and he doesnt see how i can loose the case. Today i check my email and see my paypal has been restored, thank god.. HA! great... i just wanted to share this story, maybe they're afraid of Google Wallet coming? i dont know

well, osmosis scammed me out of $60 and I jsut filed a claim. I never thought id get to find out, but i guessi i get to see how good paypal really is.

If he doesnt respond over a set period of time, will I automatically win? And if he doent have to money in his account, will i get nothing?

I dont think he will respond at all, becasue he seems to have simply run. But i cant envision paypal jsut handing me over their own money.. seems like that could get exploited fast.

Whats this about google wallet? Wow, finally paypal will get some comptition, and that can only mean good things for the consumer.

if he doesn't respond and there's money in his account you'll get it eventually. i dont think they'll pull it from an associated bank account or card though.

i looked at his account, and its unverified. So, it most likely has nothing attachd, and zero funds... does that mean im sunk?

Paypal is a great service and im not sure why so many people hate it.
Sure the fees are a bit excessive but did you honestly think they would just give you a service for free? roll
