It's called motion sickness, a lot of people have that problem with First Person Shooters. I started having that problem a couple years ago and found (from suggestions of others) that a higher field of view in the game will pretty much get rid of it. Raising the FOV in HL2 to around 90 cures the problem for me.

Well, I can play all 1St person shooter gamesadna ny other games - the ones that make me crazy are the DARK ones and also the ones that move FAST (like when you Record something with a camera and you start running and then you watch the video - you will see that the thing moves fast and all that sh!t)

Right, and some games use a lower FOV (lower FOV = higher zoom basically), which is why certain games trigger motion sickness and certain don't. I've dealt with it for a couple years. Take any FPS, drop the FOV, and you'll have the same problem, it's like looking through binoculars. Fast side to side (or rotational) movement combined with a low FOV is what triggers motion sickness.

For a long time I could not figure out why Halo 2 felt differant from Halo 1 and then I figured out that the FOV on H2 is a lot smaller then the FOV in H1.
