well i installed suse on a disk botable and i heared if i install it now my windows will erase i have to use program called partition magic anyone know how to use it so i can have windows and linux on my system?

Huh? You're not being very clear but I'm guessing you want to dual boot linux and windows. You'll need to have at least three partitions (one for windows, two for linux because it needs swap space) set up. You don't need partition magic unless you want to try to move an existing partiton/disk into a new split partition. Just partition the disk using fdisk and re-install both windows and linux.
