Whenever I'm browsing around on ebay I always get this retarded error and it's pissing me off.

Fixed. I cleared my cookies and I restarted my computer.

That's a server-side issue, rebooting your computer or clearing cookies would have no effect. When you see that error, wait a couple minutes (or seconds) and try again. The amount of time it took you to reboot is probably longer than the amount of time it took for the server issue to be resolved.

Yeah it kept happening for like 15 minutes. It must have been a coincidence when I restarted my computer.
