Regarding the forum and its rules/regulations

Has anyone ever noticed that there is no true place to give and question/comments/complaint about the forum to be discussed among others openly? I mean, there is no seperate forum/thread/topic for giving complaints or praises about the forum and its rules. There is no place to make a suggestion or talk about the different moderators and their means of going about their job. It simply bothers me that I cant just open up a thread ina set place to talk about a concern I may have and have others contribute to the concern, give their own feedback on the matter as either accept or decline my thoughts. The majority of forums on the net here do have one like this and they are used quite often, mostly for priase when the form is developed (such as this one). They do, however serve a more important purpose of occasionally making changes in the forum according to the real heart of the site, the members. How can I enjoy something I cant even contribute development to? Anyone agree that we should have a topic like this maybe created? It seems about right to me.

Hell, all I'm saying is that they should make even just a thread for this.... like uhh sticky something as long as they actually go there just to look to make improvements or continue doing something

But it would end up All complaints....Jus like for offers...no one posts anything about a good offer that went threw but when they do a bad one it always gets posted

the admin has been pretty good about listening to member concerns and considering new ideas..... when someone has a new idea they usually make a poll about it in [b219c970cfc]off topic[/b219c970cfc] and members vote on it. The mods/admin take a look at th issue and votes and come up with a decision on the idea/suggestion...

why does there have to be a specific topic? i open up a feature request thread when i have the time and motivation to do some work on the forums. people make threads to complain or compliment all the time. that's part of what off-topic is for.

run a search on something like "new feature" or "feature request" and you'll see all the threads i've made about them. what's your beef? post it here, or make a new thread, i don't care. i've always had a "less is more" attitude towards the forums here and i dont think i need an entire one for comments/suggestions since it'd just turn into a circlejerk.

I'd say if you have a complaint, then post it. If you have a complaint about a certain person, either post it or contact them about it.

You made a thread about it so it's obvious that you have a problem (probably with me locking your trade thread? shrug ) so you might as well just get it out. wink

First of all, your little attitude about the situation is probably the reason why you're not getting serious replies.

And second, which part of my reply accused you of having a problem? I clearly stated my actions towards having a problem in the forums, doesn't mean you have to do the same.

And yes, come back and check on it in a month, maybe the "proper" replies to it will appear then.

ALL this fuss over a little thread lock come on man grow up if u have a problem then adress it to JUMP in a pm why make a thread and make everyone suffer just because ur thread got locked

ummmm it says i have NO PROBLEM with it being locked..... the thread being locked simply helps me out by preventing me from being banned by stupidly posting in it to, say, bump it or something... hell, I seriously dont mind.

If I had an attitude I seriously didn't mean to, but it isnt easy to keep straight and to the point when people are bashing you and taking you as a joke. Honestly I'm sorry I made the thread, apparently none of us are trulely mature enough to look beyond everything and simply look at this as a suggestion.

as well as JUNIOR6886 and Admin are the only ones that truly read the post for the post and I appreciate that. Everyone else (maybe not Veek) seems to look for a reason for my making this. I didnt make any mention to theysayjump and yet I recieve critics such as kdollar making reference to something completely irrelevant to the matter. I don't know! I'm completely out of line ? It's just that simple, according to the majority of you, I'm out of line.
