Can you give us some more info? What was it for? Was it for a trade here, and someone scammed you? If so, thats not good, unless the person that scammed you know doesn't know what to say. Yeah, give us some more details and we might be able to help you.

Unless of course you are doing a virtual trade, like say, getting someone a green for 25 dollars. Then alls yous gots to say, hmmm... nevermind, im not going to tell everybody. There might some scammer out there that doesn't know, so im just going to keep it as, their system might be great, but not for referral trades.

=O
Two guys did paypal resolutions on me WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR TRADES WORTH A GRAND TOTAL OF $15, one for a scam site that never credited the offer and the other for a miscommunication ($5...)
And it locked me out of my account for months. They offered no proof, but because I couldn't respond they raped me.

PAYPAL should be allowed to get money from Credit Cars or Bank Account.

They should not allow PEOPLE to use the account if you don't verified the acocunt (like putting check numbers, credit or debit card, something like this) <-- Because I can just create a new paypal account (no bank account, no CC or Debit Card, fake info) then I can just got to eBay or forums like this one, and scam everybody, then transfer the money to other paypal accounts and thats it.

Nope - if your account is not verified, you can't send money to anyone; eliminating that factor.

Long story short, you aren't getting your money back. Since it was a service and no goods changed hands they won't do shit. Same thing happened to me and they said, "too bad" and I use PayPal all the time for my eBay auctions so I have 122 verified sellers or whatever. I'd say don't waste your time, they will just frustrate you...
