I was recently fraudulantly billed by lean life pm for 99.90 bucks. How do i go about getting a charge back from paypal? What all should i send along with the affidavit? They never responded to my emails or calls so the only possible proof would be my sent emails. Also, what would i mark as the cause? Would i say i did not authorize the purchase at all?

There is no chargeback form for virtual debit card, I don't think it offers any protection.
You won't get your money back, you have no real proof that it was fradulent and the company would fight it to death.

Not worth it.

Not worth it.[/quoted8a94a84b3]I called the lady once and told her it was my virtual debit and she told me to fill out the affidavit and mail it in

i have no clue either but am gonna go through with this real quick, my paypal debit card was charged by some offer and they aren't helping me out to fix it, i even have proof that i filled out their form online, etc.

paypal hasn't answered my email in a few days, seems to slow imo. there is a link to some form to fill out, i cant just dispute the transaction online when i login to paypal, which sucks (

i thought the mastercard logo is supposed to help people out but i have a bad feeling this is gonna take months and i won't get the damn money back.

Well i might have to launch a preemptive strike. Lean Life hasnt tried to charge me, and I don't have any money in the account, but I get paid by OC next payout (hopefully tomorrow), so I'm sure they will soon. I might call and ask them about it.

It really pisses me off they won't even answer the phone. I didn't even bother leaving a message. The employees are probably sitting around laughing their asses off about the phones ringing unanswered

What I don't get is how sometimes you can go into the negatives. I logged in one day and my balance was negative. I got it back into the positives though. It must have something to do with the purchase being authorized first, then doing the actual purchase later. shrug

For everyone that has done Lean Life, but hasn't been charged the $99, i would put a stop payment on them with your card. Most banks do it for free.
