Someone I know said he called the apple store and they said that for only $50 they would take his 20 gb non color ipod and give him a 30 gb new ipod. will they really do this? it would be pretty cool!

well i have a 20gb ipod and 1gb shuffle that died still under warranty i wonder which ipod will they give me if i go to the store to have them exchange it
