Only took 5 points. I got a Philips but don't know the 30PW8420/37B. It has 480p and 1080i but I think all CRT's have that. No 720p on CRT if I am not mistaken. I'm pretty excited because this is my first HDTV and I watch a ton of DVD's so I'm sure they will look a lot better too.
