I have actually seen some boards that allow spam posts of this sort. Too bad they usually get overrun with them and there aren't any real posts left after a while.

My bro is a mod at a forum that recently instituted an insta-ban policy as a result of that very phenomenon. They do still allow reflinks in their sigs, though...
