I heard there is a place to get web certificates for $5 minimum. Can someone please give me a link and also tell me if it works for the Offer websites? My friends don't got a credit card so I think thats the only thing I can do so they can help me out.

do a search for webcertificates on google, it says the min is $25 but people have gotten away with $5
